Project involved deep foundations, structural steel, insulated metal panel cladding, TPO roofing, clean rooms, dry rooms, and extensive MEP and fire protection systems throughout. Led quality assurance and quality control accountability across project management and execution teams, coordinating envelope consultants, fire suppression consultants, architects, engineers, and trade partners through a BIM Execution Plan. Facilitated design meetings and quality charrettes to establish definable features of work,
submittal reviews, and document control. Conducted material delivery, mock-up, installation, and final inspections on-site.

Avago Technologies — Data Center Tenant Improvements | Colorado Springs, CO

Led superintendent and primary ownership liaison responsibilities across two phases of data center tenant improvements in a continuously occupied, operationally critical environment. Phase 1 addressed exterior AHU installations with screening, flatwork, and landscaping alongside interior fire protection, ductwork, and electrical modifications. Phase 2 completed full MEP and fire protection upgrades with new interior finishes. Managed logistics, phasing, life safety planning, air quality monitoring, temperature controls, and access management to protect critical equipment throughout. Oversaw project management teams across change management, budget, resource coordination, and commissioning through turnover.

Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, Cheyenne Mountain Resort — SPA & Fitness Center | Colorado Springs, CO

Led superintendent responsibilities for a phased fitness center and spa renovation requiring continuous operation throughout construction. Converted an existing indoor tennis court into new fitness space in Phase 1, then transformed the original fitness center into a
full spa in Phase 2. Managed member safety, stakeholder communication, quality oversight, scheduling, change management, and full commissioning through turnover.

El Pomar Foundation — Pikes Peak Hill Climb Museum Addition | Colorado Springs, CO

Led superintendent responsibilities for a technically complex museum addition featuring micro piles, structural steel, precast hollow core floors, interior shotcrete mountain formations, and an extended ADA ramp. Coordinated the intricate planning and sequencing
